Recurring Payment Authorization

The plan, monthly billing interval, Turkish-lira amount, and first payment are shown before authorization. TapLoyal may request the next charge on or shortly after the renewal date for the authorized monthly plan.

A material change to the recurring charge or its essential terms will be shown or communicated and renewed authorization will be requested where required.

Without this authorization, TapLoyal will not treat the purchase as permission to initiate an unattended renewal charge. The purchase covers the selected term and ends when that term expires unless the Merchant actively purchases another term.

PayTR, the card issuer, or the card network may decline a renewal or require additional verification. Some saved methods may not support unattended use. This authorization does not guarantee approval and does not override a provider, issuer, or network restriction.

A declined or unverified renewal may place the subscription in a past-due state and may affect paid-plan access. TapLoyal does not promise a fixed automated retry schedule. Any later attempt must remain within this authorization and the provider rules then in effect.

A plan change shown as scheduled applies at the next monthly renewal. The billing interface identifies the plan selected for the next term. A new or updated authorization will be requested where required before charging materially different terms.

The Merchant may cancel the subscription through the available billing control or contact info@taployalapp.com from an authorized account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and prevents the next renewal when processed before that renewal is requested.

Removing a saved card or withdrawing this recurring authorization prevents future use after processing, but does not reverse a payment already submitted. Card removal does not replace a subscription-cancellation request.

Cancellation does not automatically refund or prorate the current term. A completed payment is reviewed separately under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, applicable mandatory law, and verified provider records.

TapLoyal records the version of this authorization, its acceptance, and the related subscription context so the scope of consent can be identified. Payment events are accepted as final for service activation only after provider verification.

Contact info@taployalapp.com with the Merchant name and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Never send a full card number, CVV, password, MFA code, or access token by email.
